This page explains what information Lintworks receives, how it is used, and how you can request changes or deletion. We do not sell or trade information to third parties. Information you share with us

You share information with Lintworks in two ways: by emailing us directly, and by submitting our contact form.

• Email: we receive the contents of your message, which may include your name, your address, and other details you choose to provide.
• Contact form: the form provider records your submission and forwards it to us. The fields collected are visible on the form itself.
• We do not deploy hidden trackers on the website to collect information beyond what you choose to share.
• We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial, or biometric information) through this site.

Where your form submission is stored

Your contact form submission flows through several third-party services we use to receive and manage it:

• A form host stores your responses and collects technical metadata related to your submission, such as your IP address and approximate country, in line with their own privacy terms, before delivering the submission to us.
• An internal records system holds our copy of submissions and conversations, which we use to manage engagements and follow-ups.
• We may use an automation service to move your submission from the form host into our records system. That service handles the data only briefly during transfer.

Each provider's privacy terms apply to their handling of your information, in addition to the terms in this policy. Submissions received through the form are treated with the same care as direct correspondence.

How we use what you share

We use the information you provide to fulfill the relationship initiated when you contact us. The following purposes are necessary for that relationship and do not require separate consent:

• Reply to your message.
• Conduct your free workflow review.
• Follow up on engagements under discussion.
• Maintain records of work discussed or delivered.

Lintworks does not currently process your information for secondary purposes such as marketing or commercial profiling. If a secondary purpose is added in the future, we will request your consent before processing your information for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

The Lintworks website does not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or first-party cookies. The third-party services we use to receive and manage form submissions may set cookies on their own pages, governed by their privacy terms. If first-party analytics are added in the future to evaluate site performance, we will choose tools that do not enable cross-site tracking, and we will update this page before enabling them.

What we do not do

For clarity:

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with advertising or marketing networks.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without prior consent.
• We do not run retargeting advertising based on your form submission.

How long we keep your information

We retain messages and form submissions for the duration of any active conversation or engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-up communications and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, cancellation of, or opposition to the processing of any information Lintworks holds about you. You may also revoke your consent to processing at any time. Revocation does not have retroactive effect on processing already performed.

We respond to these requests within twenty business days, in accordance with Article 31 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). To submit a request, please email us with your name, identification, and a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.

Changes to this policy

If a material change is made to this policy, the effective date at the top of the page will be updated and a note describing the change will be added. Publication on this page constitutes notice of the change. Where a change affects how your information is used and an active means of contact is available, notice will be provided directly.
