Submitting the contact form constitutes acceptance of these terms. Paid work begins only after both parties sign a written contract, and the work delivered under that contract belongs to the client.

"Lintworks," "we," and "us" refer to Lintworks, an operations consulting and custom systems business based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Using this website
The website exists to share information about Lintworks and to make it easy to contact us. Users must not attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation, scrape or republish its content as their own, or use it for unlawful purposes. The site is provided on an as-is basis, and the information on it may not always reflect the most current details of our services.
Submitting the contact form
The contact form is hosted on a third-party service and is the primary way to begin a conversation with Lintworks. A link to these terms is presented adjacent to the submit button on the form. By submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting the form does not, on its own, create a paid engagement. A paid engagement begins only after both parties sign a separate written contract.
The free workflow review
The free workflow review is a structured process. After you submit the contact form, Lintworks reviews the submission and decides whether to proceed; if we are not a fit at this stage, we let you know in a brief reply, and the process ends there. If we are likely a fit, we send a short workflow brief for you to complete on your own time, and you can book a call directly on the next page after submitting it. While reviewing the brief, Lintworks may determine that we are not a fit; if so, we notify you, cancel any scheduled call, and the process ends with no further deliverables. The call is optional, and either you or Lintworks can decide it is not needed; in that case, Lintworks proceeds based on the brief alone when we are a fit.
If we are a fit for the project, Lintworks delivers a single written document that includes the workflow map, the recommendation, and a proposal. If Lintworks determines during or after the call that we are not a fit, no workflow map or proposal is delivered; instead, you receive a brief written note pointing to a better path for the problem. The workflow review is provided at no cost, and participation is not conditional on any subsequent paid engagement.
Paid engagements and ownership
Paid work begins only after both parties sign a written contract. The contract follows the workflow review and specifies the services, the price, the payment terms, the timeline, and the criteria for delivery. The following principles apply to every engagement:
- Each project has a fixed cost. The full price is stated in the contract before the client commits.
- Work is delivered in stages so progress is visible from the start.
- Upon delivery, the resulting work is owned by the client. This includes the code, the documentation, and the knowledge transfer.
- Where third-party tools or services are used, they are identified in the proposal along with their role and any associated fees. Those fees and any related subscriptions are paid by the client.
What we do not promise
Lintworks is direct about the limits of what can be guaranteed. We do not promise specific revenue, growth, or efficiency outcomes from a project, because those outcomes depend on how the system is used after delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the website or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client under the engagement to which the claim relates.
Confidentiality
Information you share about your operation is treated as confidential. We do not disclose details about your business, your team, or your data to anyone outside Lintworks, except where you have authorized the disclosure or where disclosure is required by law. The same standard applies to information Lintworks shares with you regarding our methods, pricing, or approach.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when our services or the website change. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version. If a change is material to how your information or your work is handled, and an active contact channel is available, direct notice will be provided. Continued use of the website or continued engagement after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be submitted to the courts of Tijuana, Baja California, except where the local law that applies to your residence requires otherwise. Lintworks prefers to address concerns through direct communication first.
